Packaging: Bottle

 PACKAGING: BOTTLE  

Following on from my web design, I'm also working on my packaging design. All of my designs will carry the same theme I created on my advertisement posters as these are intended to change each year as a new festival theme is created. I thought it was necessary to design two types so I'm going to do a drinks bottle label and a sandwich packet.

I haven't finished my bottle label yet but here are a few images of my process in creating it so far. 

I'm going for small bottles based on the ones you pick up for lunch. The images above are kind of templates on which i will place my initial design. I originally intended to place the label design straight onto an image of a bottle on Photoshop but instead i will design the label, print it and stick it onto an actual bottle.

I'll design two, one for an apple juice, the other for a smoothie of some sort. You can see the word 'juices' on my design above, for the smoothie bottle I'll change it to say 'smoothies'. This is an expansion of the strap-lines I used on my adverts.

The orange is taken from my advert design and would be used If i created a design for orange juice, but I would change the colours to appear just one shade of orange.
