CAJA OSCURA
This is a bizarre bit of architecture here. I can't help but question its practicality apart from its wacky concept, but maybe I feel this because this isn't something I view that wouldn fit with my lifestyle.
If this were my project I'd have installed some electronic hydraulics rather than old fashioned man power.
